Hassle-Free Returns / Perfumery Products

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Clothing and Accessories

There is no returns on clothing or accessories that are shipped from eastern Europe, this policy respond to the nature of the logistic of this goods , they are shipped with integrity and any order placed should be final, shippers are not responsible for shipping lost, the claim for lost items during shipping will be address to the designated carrier (usually USPS or Fedex).

In case of damage RMA can be issue from our customer service department , merchandise can not be wet or damage during shipping , should be only defects from origin manufacture , excluding items under $ 10 dollars value.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
